Project Description:

The project consists to perform the evaluation of environmental risks of Vale's Operation Units around the world - such countries as Brazil, Mozambique and Australia - allowing the management of these risks to reduce the probability of occurrence and the potential damage caused by incidents related to these risks. The method was based on performing the risk evaluation in advance, supported by extensive experience of PM Analysis and its consultants, which could accomplish the reviews before they even make visits to each site, which allowed the customer to dramatically reduce investment for this study, without compromising its quality and results.
