Martin Kääriäinen "Mantec International AB is a leading performance improvement company (www.mantec.eu) in the Nordic region. Mantec is an industry independent consultancy focusing in improving our clients’ operational competitiveness. Today we are 140 implementers and change management experts. Having been awarded the ‘Constantinus International’ is a culmination of our project’s success ‘Constantinus International, powered by ICMCI’ contests. It was an excellent experience. The response both in the media, among our clientele and business partner network was very positive. The trust and depth in relationship with our clients have increased through this recognition of excellence. Although it is difficult to measure the immediate impact on our business development, valuable new contacts have been made with new clients around the globe. I would like to express our gratitude for the incredible support received from the ‘Constantinus’ on behalf of ICMCI." |

Jürgen Piffer "Having been awarded the ‘Constantinus International’ is the culmination of our project’s success at both the Austrian and European ‘Constantinus’ contests and has been a fantastic experience. The response both in the media and among our clientele and business partner network was significant and positive. Although it is difficult to measure the immediate impact on our business development, valuable new contacts have been made, including with peer consultants around the globe. In addition, getting a glance at the European and international structures of both the FAECO and the ICMCI was priceless. Typical consultants like me without a function in the ‘system’ are not usually afforded this privilege. We value the data and perspectives that were gathered during the assessment of our project in the submission process; these were very helpful in fine tuning the implementation of the project. Further, I would like to especially express our gratitude for the incredible support received from the ‘Constantinus’ on behalf of FAECO/ICMCI. Overall, a great career and life experience that reflects well on a CV and which goes far beyond the very decorative certificates and the trophy." |
